The Turnaround Process.
If we agree to work together, Devon-French take responsibility for developing your turnaround plan and implement it. First, we will help stabilize your cash flow by putting a moratorium on all payments with the exception of the basics…wages, utilities and inventory, etc. This step will get the creditors off your back.

Second, we will diagnose your business problems, recommend solutions, prepare your cash budget, and develop your turnaround plan. Alternatively, if we diagnose that either you can’t survive the restructuring process or you don’t want to proceed, we will assist you in finding qualified buyers for your practice.

Third, we will prepare a detailed checklist for you to follow and we will personally guide you through the turnaround or asset sale.We come to your business as often as necessary, but you implement the turnaround with our guidance.

To stay connected between our personal meetings, we use:

* Phone calls and web meetings to discuss action steps, update the budget, and revise the turnaround plan.
* Teleconferences to negotiate with banks and other creditors.
* Email for reporting and routine communication.
* Cellular telephone for immediate answers to time-sensitive questions.Most consulting engagements last about six months. In difficult cases, additional time may be required.

Regardless of the time required, we will support you until your turnaround is successful or the asset sale if closed.

Ever.  If we are engaged for an asset sale all fees and costs are paid at close of escrow from proceeds, not from the seller.
